Getting all glammed up, Oscar-style!

As I get all amped up for my version of the Superbowl, I am vacillating between my choices for the big event.

I mean, this is The Oscars, y'all. Not just any-old-thing will do!

In a frenzy, I've gone through my closet and tried everyone everything on. I've been met with some mixed results...

I started with a bit of retro:

But decided that the hair just wasn't gonna do it for me.
So I moved on to Bohemian glam:

...only to decide that it involved way too much shiny fabric.
So then I considered something a bit more classic:

...but found it to be a bit too constricting. I mean, a girl's gotta breathe, am I right??

The little black dress options seemed to be a better choice, easier to accessorize and such...

This one felt good...

And this one felt great!
Then I decided to double it up a bit...

...and almost couldn't contain myself, it was so much fun!
(And I must say I never imagined I could look so good as a blonde!)

In the end, however, I decided to keep it simple,
with what I as most comfortable with, and what suited me best.
I mean, it's not like I'm accepting any awards or making any speeches myself.

Yet...
